Weddings in Cambodia are considered the most important celebration in one’s life and are of huge importance for the families and villages, especially in the rural areas. Most of them are arranged, based on the families’ reputation, and there’s huge pressure on Cambodian women to attract a husband early on in their adult life – with their “expiry date” being around 25 years old!
